Let me start by saying how much I hate car buying. It’s annoying and playing all those price games makes me cranky. This was very different from what I expected. We had been working with Martin over the phone and via emails, so just had to go in to complete the paperwork, and go for a spin. We loved Martin-he’s a straight shooter and will work hard for you. We couldn’t be happier with our new Santa Cruz and the whole car buying experience .
