Blind-Spot View Monitor
A safe journey is a great journey. That is why, at Findlay Hyundai Prescott, we're proud of the safety and driver assistance technologies you'll find in our new Hyundai models. One feature that stands out when it comes to safety is the Blind-Spot View Monitor. As part of our Hyundai Smart Sense technology, the Blind-Spot View Monitor is the extra set of eyes you need to keep you traveling with peace of mind.
Why the Blind-Spot View Monitor is Beneficial for Prescott, AZ Drivers
Our roads are busy. No one knows that better than our Prescott residents. While traveling on the highways and backroads, you need to remain aware of your surroundings. However, sometimes when a car, truck, SUV, or motorcycle encroaches on your space, it's difficult to see them. That is where this system comes in handy.
By alerting you to vehicles and pedestrians in your blind spots, you're able to engage in a more confident journey regardless of where you roam.
How to Engage the Blind-Spot View Monitor System
- First, enable the Blind-Spot View Monitor System in the system settings
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position
- The turn signal is activated
How to Disengage the Blind-Spot View Monitor System
- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position
- The turn signal is deactivated
- Other warning screen appears and takes priority over the Blind-Spot View Monitor
Things to Remember
Safety is our number one priority. While this system provides a helping hand, it's not a replacement for following the posted road signs and making wise decisions on the road.
